Backcountry & Ski Mo Specific – Open to all !
Goal is to come once a week but are welcome to both sessions !
October schedule:
Tuesday morning the 4th – 6:15 to 7:15
Thursday evening the 6th – 18:45 to 19:45
Monday morning the 10th – 6:15 to 7:15
Wednesday evening the 12th – 18:45 to 19:45
Tuesday morning the 18th – 6:15 to 7:15
Thursday evening the 20th – 18:45 to 19:45
Tuesday morning the 25th – 6:15 to 7:15
Thursday evening the 26th – 18:45 to 19:45
Schedule will always be posted a few weeks ahead of time. Check also on our Facebook page. Training sessions varies from week to week to accommodate everyones schedule.
Every fitness level welcome – It will be fun!!!
Cost: 85euros for 9 weeks – You have to pre-register
Includes: Patagonia cap, lot’s of fun, great fitness improvement and we assure you will stay warm!
Intensity: each sessions will have two different workouts depending of your fitness level or how you feel on that day – The workouts will progress from week to week.
The goal: better cardio for the climbs and increased overall endurance – strength & power of the legs and upper body – efficient & stronger core to connect lower and upper body for better power on the snow!
Location: Mostly at les Planards (Chamonix) with some exceptions, and two indoor sessions for myofascial sling ski specific training.
Important: Do not need to be a runner – Just want to get fitter for the winter!
Need: headlamp, ski poles, water, energy and a smile !
Wanted: keen riders and skiers, backcountry fanatics, mountain guides, want to attempt some ski mo racing this winter? or want to perform and be at your best ?!

POWER Cardio – Speed & STRENGTH – Upper Body DRILLS – Stable CORE
Focus:
Stronger cardio and speed for the climbs
Power and eccentric strength for the descents
Increased overall endurance
Strong & stable core to connect lower and upper body for better power on snow
Ski specific prehab exercises

Clinic #1: Saturday October 29th – 8:30 to 16:00
Clinic #2: Sunday November 13th – 8:30 to 16:00

Venez vous préparer pour l’hiver, entraînez-vous pour vos sorties Backcountry et Ski Alpinisme ! Soyez en meilleure forme, améliorez votre endurance et gagnez en puissance pour les montées et les descentes.
Ces sessions sont ouvertes à tous!
Le but est de venir une fois par semaine, mais vous êtes les bienvenus aux deux sessions!
Horaire pour Octobre:
Mardi 4 matin – 6:15 to 7:15
Jeudi 6 soir – 18:45 to 19:45
Lundi 10 matin – 6:15 to 7:15
Mercredi 12 soir – 18:45 to 19:45
Mardi 18 matin – 6:15 to 7:15
Jeudi 20 soir – 18:45 to 19:45
Mardi 25 matin – 6:15 to 7:15
Mercredi 26 soir – 18:45 to 19:45
Les sessions vont varier de semaine en semaine, pour s’adapter aux timing de chacun.
