The focus will be on different training components to develop maximum aerobic capacity for the distance. Including endurance versus over-distance, volume versus intensity, recovery, and the positive physiological changes that occurs with proper training.
Important: Since a high percentage of our workouts include a considerable amount of aerobic training, it is crucial to progress and train at the right intensity to benefit from it.
