Also we will focus on progression with time and how to increase your positive vertical for your fitness from week to week. Regular vertical training develops a stronger push-off, which leads to a better stride and increases resistance to fatigue.
Important: Vertical training makes you faster on flats.To be faster on hills you have to train on them, not just run them!
