A fun weekend filled with info on and off the trails, a chance to get one-on-one coaching, to learn valuable training tips & drills and to leave with a personalized running program!

Important: The camp is schedule early spring for obvious reason and chances of snow above 500m is a possibility. It will not interfere with the camp format since all running is done below that elevation due to the motive of the camp.
