Each sessions has two different workout options you can choose from depending of running fitness, race schedule or how you feel on that day. To run hills you need to train on them, join us, it’s ton’s of fun, results are quick and everyone welcome!

SCHEDULE 2020: Tuesdays 06h15 to 07h15
May 5, 12, 19, 26 – four sessions 60 euros
June 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 – five sessions 75 euros
July 7, 14, 21, 28 – four  sessions 60 euros

No drop-in, you have to register for one month minimum, register for the 3 months for 180 euros.

We train for climbing and descending with a variation of drills & intervals
Focus on speed, strength, power, endurance
Maximize Form and efficiency: cadence & stride
Learn how to get better at running hills
Be fitter & stronger for steeper terrain
Increase leg oxygenation for longer climbs
Confidence
Eccentric loading for the descents
Increase recovery rate

” Before meeting Chloë I almost never ran uphill in competition or in training, thinking that I kept my energy better. I didn’t realize that doing Vertical sessions was the key to improving my physical fitness for trail running. I have never felt like a good trail runner while always being at the back of the pack. Training with Chloë taught me that I could progress and now I realize that I can run most of the climbs except the very steep ones and that I continue to be stronger week after week. I am now running at a much faster pace, I have better technique and I gained lots of confidence. I saw the results in one month, and after 3 months of doing the Vertical sessions I participated in a 60km Trail 3330D +  and I improved my time by 90 minutes from 2 years ago !
