Each sessions has two different workout options you can choose from depending of running fitness, race schedule or how you feel on that day. It’s the best early rise workout you can dream of
Training focus: Learn HOW to get better at running hills Climbing and descending drills & intervals Mechanics efficiency Speed, strength, power training for greater endurance Get fitter & stronger for longer climbs Greater leg oxygenation, Eccentric training for the descend Injury prevention Non-competitive and ton’s of fun!
