Each sessions has two different workout options you can choose from depending of running fitness, race schedule or how you feel on that day. To run hills you need to train on them, join us, it’s ton’s of fun and everyone welcome!

Schedule: Tuesdays 06h15 to 07h15
May 7, 14, 21, 28 – four sessions 50euros
June 4, 11, 18, 25 – four sessions 50euros
July 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 – five sessions 60euros

We train for climbing and descending with a variation of drills & intervals, with focus on strength, power, endurance, and always with great tips to increase form and efficiency:
Learn how to get better at running hills
Be fitter & stronger for steeper terrain
Increase leg oxygenation for longer climbs
Confidence, speed and eccentric loading for the descents
Fine tune cadence
Increase recovery rate
Maximize form & efficiency
