Each sessions has two different workout options you can choose from depending of running fitness, race schedule or how you feel on that day. To run hills you need to train on them, join us, it’s ton’s of fun and everyone welcome!
Schedule: Starting May 7th until July 25th, 2019
Two weekly training sessions, you can sign up for once or twice a week.
Workout is an hour long
Month pass (4 sessions): once a week 50euros
Month pass (8 sessions): twice a week 95euros
Summer pass unlimited (3 months): 240euros
We train for climbing and descending with a variation of drills & intervals, with focus on strength, power, endurance, and always with great tips to increase form and efficiency:
