Each sessions has two different workout options you can choose from depending of running fitness, race schedule or how you feel on that day. To run hills you need to train on them, join us, it’s ton’s of fun, results are quick and everyone welcome!

SCHEDULE 2020: Tuesdays 06h15 to 07h15
May 5, 12, 19, 26 – four sessions 60 euros
June 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 – five sessions 75 euros
July 7, 14, 21, 28 – four  sessions 60 euros

No drop-in, you have to register for one month minimum, register for the 3 months and get 15% off.

We train for climbing and descending with a variation of drills & intervals
Focus on speed, strength, power, endurance
Maximize Form and efficiency: cadence & stride
Learn how to get better at running hills
Be fitter & stronger for steeper terrain
Increase leg oxygenation for longer climbs
Eccentric loading for the descents
Increase recovery rate
