Slide show & talk on Chloë’s running racing career, her training regimen, secret tips, some personal stories and training to race for multi-sports. Chloe’s talk will be educational so you can gain tips on every aspect of an endurance mountain athlete. Starts @ 19:30 Followed by a Q & A with drinks & snacks
Wednesday June 13th – Chamonix Patagonia Store
Social trail run followed with talk on Hydration and Fueling to increase endurance & performance. Participants will receive Lyo smoothies and sports energy drinks.
Meet 18:30 at store for run, 19:30 back for drinks/snacks and presentation / Q & A.
Thursday June 21th – Chamonix Patagonia Store
Vertical Session at les Planards: learn uphill and downhill drills for trail running with great individual tips on running form.
Meet 18:30 at store, 1hr training session, back at the store around 20:00 for drinks, snacks and to socialize!

Social trail run followed with talk on Racing Strategies & Injury Prevention for trail running.
