Chamonix Patagonia Fall Trail Series with Chloë Patagonia Trail ambassador
Social trail runs from the Chamonix Patagonia store, morning and evening runs!
Schedule:
September 14th: 08h30
September 26th: 18h30
October is about getting inspired: Discover new strength & abilities on and off the trail October 12th at 08h30
November is about learning:
November 9th at 08h30 / After the run Chloë will do a small talk on injury prevention
November 21th at 18h30 / After the run Chloë will do a small talk on how to stay Run Fit during the winter months
December is about giving and sharing:
December 7th at 08h30 / Run for refugees bring winter clothes you do not wear anymore
December 19th at 18:30 / Bring a sweet treat to share and celebrate the Holidays

Social 1hour trail run at a moderate pace
Followed with breakfast & espresso for the morning runs and great appetizers for the evening runs!

Perform better through proper Fueling, Hydration and Recovery

This seminar is to inform, educate and give you key strategies and tips on fueling & hydration to maximize training adaptation, accelerate recovery and to perform better. You will learn how to fuel your body before, during and after exercise. Moreover you will be informed the key points of what is important and what is to avoid in terms of maintaining good performance. Also useful advice on how to prepare a food plan for multi stage race and mountaineering trips.

Meet 8:30 at the Patagonia store ready to run!
1hour easy to moderate social run, learn great tips & drills!
Back at the store for breakfast & coffee, you will also receive Lyofood Goodies !

JUNE Events
Friday June 8th – Chamonix Patagonia Store
Slide show & talk on Chloë’s running racing career, her training regimen, secret tips, some personal stories and training to race for multi-sports. Chloe’s talk will be educational so you can gain tips on every aspect of an endurance mountain athlete. Starts @ 19:30 Followed by a Q & A with drinks & snacks

Wednesday June 13th – Chamonix Patagonia Store
Social trail run followed with talk on Hydration and Fueling to increase endurance & performance. Participants will receive Lyo smoothies and sports energy drinks.
Meet 18:30 at store for run, 19:30 back for drinks/snacks and presentation / Q & A.

Thursday June 21th – Chamonix Patagonia Store
Vertical Session at les Planards: learn uphill and downhill drills for trail running with great individual tips on running form.
Meet 18:30 at store, 1hr training session, back at the store around 20:00 for drinks, snacks and to socialize!

Wednesday June 27th – Chamonix Patagonia Store
Social trail run followed with talk on Racing Strategies & Injury Prevention for trail running.
Meet 18:30 at store for run, back 19:30 for snacks/hydration, presentation / Q & A.
