 The change of season is a great time to refocus on new objectives & intentions. This retreat is a time to plan, get inspired, learn how best to achieve and be motivated. I work one-on-one with everyone and give valuable insights and share experiences.

Mondays 6:15 to 7:15: trail running sessions; mastering subtle training elements that hugely influence the quality of the workout / fun & innovative drills!
Wednesdays 6:30 to 7:30: relaxed seminars at Mont Blanc Hotel lounge guided by Chloë.
